Everyone knows Hispanic food and beverages in the United States are popular, but a new study predicts that the market will reach $8.2 billion in 2012. The study was conducted by research firm Packaged Facts, a division of Market Research Group LLC.
The study shows that 2012's total is an increase of 3 percent from 2011, and an 8.2 percent increase from 2008.
