2oz Ilegal Joven
3/4oz lime juice
3/4oz agave syrup
3 chunks of pineapple
Muddled cilantro
1/2oz Chile en adobo purre
Crushed tortilla chip and queso fresco salt rim
Garnished with cilantro and a pineapple slice
Place first six ingredients in cocktail shaker and shake. Pour into glass that has been rimmed with crushed tortilla chips and queso fresco salt rim. Garnish with cilantro and pineapple slice.
