Made with a hint of corn flour to achieve the ideal flavor and performance, Mission Fry-Ready Tortillas are designed for frying and serving in any operation. When fried, these shelf-stable tortillas boast a golden brown appearance and a soft, flaky texture.

Fry-Ready Tortillas are available in 6-inch, 8-inch, 10-inch and 12-inch diameters. To prepare, use a form or metal tongs to shape the tortilla into the desired shape while in the fryer. Once the tortilla reaches the preferred color and crispness, remove the tortilla from the fryer and let it cool before serving.
