The Tortilla Industry Association (TIA) will be holding it’s next “Hands On Tortilla Production Training” class on July 9,10,11 in the DFW area.
Students divide their time between learning the science behind tortilla formulation in a classroom and mixing their own doughs which they put through a commercial grade tortilla machine to see the results of making changes to their formulations. This makes your employees a lot more effective!
Class covers both flour and corn tortillas, and is taught by top experts in the field of tortilla processing. Students receive a "Certificate Of Completion", plus a USB drive with all course materials.
