
The Culinary Institute of America (CIA) recently announced its annual leadership retreat, The Latin Flavors, American Kitchens Leadership Symposium, will take place at the CIA’s San Antonio campus October 1-3. The symposium—open only to chefs and other foodservice professionals and culinary educators—will focus on the world heritage of Latin cuisines, their future on American menus, and the advancement of Latin American culinary professionals.
