SoDel Concepts Debuts First Latin Concept
Matt Haley, owner/executive chef of Delaware-based SoDel Concepts restaurant group, recently announced that the company is expanding with the addition of Papá Grande’s Coastal Taquería in Fenwick Island, Del. Scheduled to open before Memorial Day, this marks the group’s first Latin-inspired concept and the seventh restaurant in total.
Inspired by the spirit and flavors of the Hispanic culture, Papá Grande’s Coastal Taquería provides an authentic version of Latino cooking and cuisine. The menu includes entrees such as Whole Fish Veracruz and Chicken Mole served with rice, beans and zucchini; a taco menu selection with 15 to 18 options; and appetizers ranging from jicama sticks to roasted peppers to chorizo empanadas. On the bar side, Papá Grande’s offers an expansive tequila selection complimented by tequila and rum tasting menus. To sweeten the pot, the bar features a fresh sugar cane machine offering a little crushed-to-order food theater experience for guests. For more information, visit www.papagrandes.com.
