For the second consecutive year, the Mexican restaurant association (CANIRAC) and the Mexican Wine Council (CMV) reaffirmed their commitment to the promotion of Mexican gastronomy and national wine, signing a collaboration agreement that seeks to consolidate Mexico as a reference in food and wine experiences at an international level.
Some of the highlights of the agreement are:
- The importance of promoting wine regions
- The promotion of the consumption of Mexican products
- Consolidation of Mexican Wine Week
- Continuous training of restaurant sector collaborators to strengthen the service and handling of wine in order to guarantee an exceptional experience for diners.
All this is designed as a strategy to positively impact the entire value chain, generating direct benefits for producers, distributors, restaurants and other key players in the sector.
