Culinary Adventures announces chef’s trip to Mexico City

Chefs interested in experiencing Mexico City’s rapidly expanding culinary world can do just that by participating in Culinary Adventures’ chef’s trip to Mexico City slated for Sept. 22-29. During the excursion, renowned chefs Rick Bayless and Ricardo Muñoz will be joined in the kitchen by a number of local chefs including Jorge Vallejo of Quintonil, Jair Téllez of Mero Toro, Pedro Abascal from Düke’s to demonstrate their ways of preparing the traditional dishes of Mexico.
