Chef Juan J. Sanjuan III, owner of Gloria's Restaurant & Bar in Huntington Park, CA, will share his perspective on the cultural importance of providing authentic Mexican food during the Antojo Industry Trade Expo in Los Angeles, May 9-10. Sanjuan is also the creator of a custom made to order ceviche bar, Co-Chef of Cooking Con el Corazon, and CEO Chefs Supporting Chefs, a non profit he developed during the pandemic. His presentation will be during the BIENVENIDOS PAN CON CAFÉ event on Tuesday, May 9th at 9:00 a.m.
