Buena Idea! Barbakoa offers Latin Dinner, Cooking Class Series
Executive Chef Dudley Nieto of Barbakoa restaurant in Downers Grover, Ill., is introducing diners to the cultural heritage of Brazil, Argentina and Peru through cooking class demonstrations and multi-course, prix fixe dinners scheduled to run through April.
