Print Edition: The core of our brand is the print edition of el Restaurante magazine, which is mailed to 25,000 owners, managers, and chefs of Mexican and other Latin-cuisine restaurants across the country. The print edition is published five times per year.
Web Site: Our website, www.elrestaurante.com, is another major way we engage with the Mexican/Latin restaurant community. The web site is regularly updated with news from the Mexican/Latin restaurant field, including some web-exclusive articles. The site also contains a Buyer's Guide, a massive recipe archive, links to digital issues of el Restaurante, and much more.
eMex email Newsletter: eMex is a news-focused email that is sent to subscribers every other Friday. It contains links to news articles about the Mexican/Latin foodservice industry, including some articles we write and some written by other publications. Social Media: We also have active Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts. These accounts are managed by Social High Rise, a firm that specializes in social media for restaurants. They are constantly updated with news, photos, and other items of interest to the community.
