Sun's out…and so are customers looking for new dishes to try. These Mojito Lime Shrimp Tacos with Mojito Lime Slaw bit the bill with their bold, zesty, summery flavor!

Makes 8 tacos
The Mango Lime Slaw
1 T. water
¾ c. cilantro, fresh, leaves only
4 t. mayonnaise
1 t. chili sauce
2 T. lime juice, fresh squeezed
½ t. sugar
1 t. Grill Mates® Mojito Lime Seasoning
½ head green cabbage, thinly sliced
½ ea. red onion, thinly sliced
1 ea. fresh or frozen mango, thinly sliced
Pulse ¼ cup cilantro, mayonnaise, chili sauce, lime juice, sugar, seasoning, and 1 tablespoon water in a food processor until smooth to make a dressing. Roughly chop the remaining ½ cup cilantro. Toss with cabbage, red onions, mango, and dressing. Reserve for service.
The Shrimp Tacos
1 lb. shrimp, large, 31/35 count, peeled, deveined
1½ t. Grill Mates® Mojito Lime Seasoning
1 T. lime juice, fresh squeezed
8 corn tortillas
Toss shrimp in lime juice, then in the seasoning to evenly coat the shrimp. Place 4 shrimp on a skewer. Grill on medium-high heat for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until the shrimp are pink and cooked all the way through. Serve on corn tortillas topped with the Mojito Lime Slaw.
