Mexican Mac & Cheese

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 (8-oz.) package elbow macaroni (cooked)
- ¼ cup butter
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup grated Cotija Cheese from Hispanic Cheese Makers
- Salt & pepper
DIRECTIONS:
- Melt butter in a pan.
- Add flour and mix well, creating a paste.
- Add 2 cloves of garlic and stir.
- Add milk. Stir to combine.
- Add grated Cotija Cheese and mix well.
- Salt & pepper to taste.
- Stir in cooked macaroni.
