Makes 6 servings
3 c. frozen mango chunks
8 oz. strawberries hulled and diced
1 c. ice cubes
1 c. orange juice
¾ c. mango nectar
¼ c. fresh lime juice
Chamoy and Tajin, for garnish
Blend together the frozen mango chunks, strawberries, ice cubes, orange juice, mango nectar and fresh lime juice for 45 seconds to one minute until smooth. Pour this mixture into a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let freeze for 2-3 hours until you’re able to easily scoop it out. Once you are ready to serve, add two scoops of the chamoyada to a glass, then drizzle 1 to 2 tablespoons of your favorite chamoy on top, followed by a sprinkle of tajin.
