Makes 1 cocktail
1.50 oz. Yamazaki
.75 oz. Patron Citronage
.75 oz. Yuzu puree
Lemon peel, for garnish
Combine Yamazaki, Citronage, and Yuzu in a shaker tin filled with ice. Cover and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled Coupe glass. Garnish with expressed lemon peel.
