Makes 1 cocktail
1 oz. mezcal such as Fidencio Classico or Mezcal Vida
.75 oz. Amaro Abano, an Italian bitter with spice flavors like clove and cinnamon
.75 oz. Maraschino Liqueur
.75 oz. grapefruit juice
.5 oz. lime juice
A small pinch of Maldon Sea Salt
4 drops of Devil’s Tongue Chile Tincture (simply spicy dried Devil’s Tongues or other spicy chile steeped in pisco overnight)
Combine ingredients in a shaker filled with ice; cover and shake; strain into a chilled glass.
