
Avocado Mezcal
Mezcal Avocado
Makes 1 cocktail
1 ½ oz. Scorpion Mezcal
¾ oz. Agwa Coca Leaf Liqueur
½ oz. Cointreau
1 ½ oz. fresh lime juice
1 oz. agave
1 t. honey
¼ avocado
1 – 1 ½ c. ice
Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass rimmed with The Liquid Chef Dehydrated Cactus-Lemongrass Salt. Garnish with a sprig of basil or slice of avocado sprinkled with Dainzu Hibiscus & Rose Salt.
