1.5 oz. Tequila
1 oz. Gran Gala
1.5 oz. prickly pear puree
1 oz. lime juice
.75 oz. prickly pear-infused agave
Mix all ingredients, pour into cocktail glass, garnish with slice of prickly pear and serve.
Rimmer option: ground roasted pear and brown sugar
