El Huehuete

Ingredients
- ½ oz Pasion Fruit syrup
- 1 oz Ginger Syrup
- 3/4 oz Orange Juice
- ¼ oz Lime Juice
- 1-1/2 oz Wahaka Mezcal Joven Espadin
- ½ oz Tamarind pulp
- 3 to 6 ice cubes
Instructions
- Old Fashion glass.
- Combine ingredients.
- Shake and strain.
- Pour into an iced or chilled salt rimmed cocktail glass with a couple of ice cubes.
- Garnish with an orange slice.
Serves 1 cocktail.
