Makes 1 cocktail
2 oz. tequila blanco
1 oz. triple sec, or orange liqueur
1 oz. lime juice, fresh squeezed (about 1 lime)
1 oz. agave syrup (adjust to taste)
2 heaping T. Contigo Avocado Pulp, frozen
Ice (about 1 cup)
Tajín or salt, for rimming
Lime wedge(s) or wheel
Fresh cilantro or mint sprig (optional)
Rim your glass with Tajín or salt. In a blender, combine tequila, triple sec, lime juice, agave syrup, Contigo® Frozen Avocado Pulp, and ice. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust sweetness or lime juice as needed. Blend again briefly if adjustments are made. Pour the margarita into the prepared glass. Garnish with a lime wheel or wedge and, if desired, a sprig of fresh cilantro or mint for a pop of color and aroma.
Pro Tip: Add a touch of jalapeño or a few dashes of hot sauce for a spicy kick!
