Do you think you’re skilled at making tapas? Then consider competing in the Lone Star Tapas Showdown at the Texas Restaurant Show, June 12-13 in San Antonio.
The event will allow you to showcase your talent in front of industry leaders, and if you’re the best, you’ll win an All-expenses-paid trip to Querétaro, Mexico. You’ll also be entered into the Tapas North America Championship, which provides an opportunity to advance to Spain for the World Tapas Competition.
To enter, you must be a professional chef, age 21 or older; be actively employed in a restaurant, hotel, or catering operation; work at an open and operating establishment; and have a valid passport.
