The second day of the 2026 Antojo Industry Expo in Long Beach, California is today, Tuesday, October 6. Yesterday attendees heard a keynote presentation from Victor Villa, who became famous for appearing with Bad Bunny during the Super Bowl halftime show; saw cooking demonstrations of tres leches cake and several other Mexican dishes; learned how products from Mexico can succeed north of the border; and of course toured the trade show booths exhibiting Latin cuisine, tortilla-making equipment, software and much more. Monday concluded with Antojisimo Fiesta, featuring live music.
