The 2026 Antojo Industry Expo in Long Beach, California kicks off today, Monday, October 5. The event will bring together hundreds of vendors to the Mexican/Latin food industry with buyers from restaurants, grocery retailers, distributors and other related businesses. The event also will feature a full slate of educational events, beginning with a keynote presentation by Victor Villa from Villa Tacos at 9:20 a.m. Competitions for the best mole, best taco and best salsa will also be highlights of the event.
