Abastur 2026 to Feature 520 Suppliers

Want to learn about Mexican restaurant supplies and equipment at the source? Then consider visiting Abastur, a major hospitality trade show that will include 520 suppliers spread across more than 30,000 square meters of the Citibanamex Center in Mexico City from August 26 to 28.

The exhibition covers kitchen equipment, food and beverages, tableware, glassware, furniture, technology, and specialized solutions.

There will also be an international presence, with exhibitors and delegations from countries such as Turkey, Spain, Brazil, Colombia, China, and the United Arab Emirates.

Other Features

The trade show floor at Abastur will be packed with activity, but there are other attractions for attendees:

  • The Fourth Restaurant Industry Meeting is scheduled for August 27 as part of Abastur. This event will feature industry leaders and discussions on trends, beverages, beer, delivery platforms, sector performance, and the behavior of the food service channel.
  • A workshop certified by Anáhuac University will teach attendees about innovation and profitability for hotels and restaurants, and offer spaces dedicated to showcasing concrete solutions for the industry.
  • The Bar Pavilion, developed in partnership with CANIRAC, will feature tastings and activities centered on mezcal, tequila, and domestic wines.
  • The Gourmet Stage will offer culinary demonstrations, including a tuna “ronqueo” and a presentation dedicated to chile en nogada.
