DIÁLOGO, a national public relations firm servicing the Hispanic market sector, has announced a seven city tour for ¡LATIN FOOD FEST!™, a Latin food festival concept that will pay homage to the top emerging Hispanic culinary regions the U.S. and showcase the chefs, restaurants, food and beverage that make these destinations so significant.
The first Fest, taking place in San Diego September 12 through 15, will generate goodwill and resources for the fight against hunger in San Diego and Baja with Fest partner the Jacobs & Cushman San Diego Food Bank.
¡LATIN FOOD FEST! San Diego has been conceptualized as a four-day culinary festival that will transform downtown San Diego – from PETCO Park to The San Diego Wine & Culinary Center to the Ivy Hotel and aboard a stunning 142’ private yacht -- into a showcase for 70 regional restaurants, chefs, artisanal foods makers and renowned wine, craft beer and spirit purveyors to display and sample their offerings. The culinary extravaganza will educate palates and entertain over 5,000 patrons in high style at 20 events, which will include an Opening Party; Ultra-Premium Tequila and Rare Wine Tastings; Educational Seminars; Cocktail Parties; Chef Benefit Dinners; Chef Demonstrations on the Celebrity Cooking Stage; Live and Silent Auctions; Culinary Tasting Event; and Wine Reception, Live Auction and Chef’s Brunch.
