When the Antojo Industry Trade Expo was officially recognized as a member of the "Fastest 50" Class of 2025 by Trade Show Executive Magazine in April 2026, it cemented the show’s position as one of the fastest-growing trade shows in the exhibit space.
According to the show’s producer, Eric Jurado, that uphill trajectory continues, with registration booming just three months before the 4th Annual event slated for October 5-6, at the Long Beach Convention Center in Long Beach, California.
"Our trade show’s growth is a direct result of the massive demand in the U.S. Latino and international markets. We’ve built a high-impact marketplace where exhibitors and buyers don’t just network — they sign contracts and secure shelf space,” Jurado says. "We’re four years in, and this is going to be our absolute best Expo yet. We’re bringing a whole new wave of fresh faces and new products into the food and beverage space that are going to completely shift the energy. If you're in this industry, you need to be in Long Beach!"
