Registration for the information-packed Tortilla Industry Association Convention, May 9-10 in Las Vegas, is now open. The event will feature a wide range of education sessions specific to tortilla production, a trade show with dozens of vendors of tortilla supplies and equipment, and the annual banquet, which includes the Hall of Fame inductions and scholarship presentations. This is the key event of the year for tortilla industry professionals and typically attracts more than 500 attendees.
