The Texas Restaurant Show, July 13-15, will feature over 500 exhibitors and numerous education sessions. The event, hosted by the Texas Restaurant Association, will be held in the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio.
This year's show will kick off on Saturday, July 13th with a pre-conference bootcamp presented by Morgan Stanley. The tradeshow marketplace and educational sessions will take place July 14-15. The Texas Restaurant Awards & Lone Star Bash, at the Boeing Center on Sunday, July 14, will include cuisine from more than 20 restaurants, a mixology competition and a live music concert.
