Heritage Restaurant Brands has launched a new concept, Press Quesadilla Grill, in San Luis Obispo, California. Press Quesadilla Grill opened its doors on November 4th, 2024.
The new restaurant is described as a California Coastal Fresh experience.
Press Quesadilla Grill is the fourth brand in the Heritage portfolio – the others are Huckleberry’s Breakfast & Lunch, Cool Hand Luke’s Steakhouse, and Perko’s Café Grill. It is the first concept conceived and created entirely by the Heritage team.
“We’re thrilled to launch a brand of our own because each individual played an integral role in bringing this concept to life,” said Greg Graber, CEO and founder of Heritage Restaurant Brands. “It’s been a dream for quite a while, but the timing is just right. This brand is tailor-made to expand through franchising and give back in meaningful ways.”
The menu, with herb-infused proteins, fire-grilled salsas, and fresh pressed tortillas, is described as chef inspired Cali-cuisine.
“Every custom-made ‘dia, salad, bowl or burrito is as unique as the guest creating it,” Graber said. “Press Quesadilla Grill’s menu, team and atmosphere celebrate the authentic joy of life on California’s Central Coast.”
Through the Live Life Press On Foundation™, a portion of royalties from all Press Quesadilla Grill units will support charitable entities and projects dedicated to enhancing the lives of those who “press on” through challenging circumstances.
