Red Rock Casino's new dining venue, Leoncito, in Las Vegas, presents an authentic Mexican experience, reflecting the nation's rich flavors and architectural beauty since its opening on November 7. The restaurant, spanning 10,000 square feet, is decorated with green tones, terra cotta, and custom tapestries, offering a broad selection of tequila and mezcal, alongside a variety of Mexican dishes. Guests can choose from a range of starters and entrees, including watermelon tostada, queso fundido, various tacos, wood-fired salmon, and mole poblano, with desserts like Mexican flan and a chocolate torta cake to conclude the meal. Fiesta Rosita, Spring Grove, Minnesota
Fiesta Rosita Mexican Restaurant has launched in Spring Grove, MN, opening its doors on November 4. Owner Rose Caulum leased the space in October, and quickly got the restaurant ready to go, including offering a range of margarita flavors and other beverages. The menu features traditional Mexican cuisine, including a range of dishes from quesadillas to the Fajita Del Mar, with flexibility to adapt based on community preferences. Alongside the dining experience, the restaurant also provides takeout options, and plans for a Chamber of Commerce ribbon-cutting ceremony are underway.
