The Culinary Institute of America’s (CIA) Seventh Annual Latin American Cusine Summit will focus on the techniques, traditions and flavors of live fire cooking in Latin American countries. The event will be both virtual and live and will be held at the CIA’s San Antonio campus October 12-14, 2021.
Attendees will learn culinary strategies and new menu developments and enjoy industry networking opportunities. The summit offers three days of food and beverage presentations, interactive breakout sessions, culinary demos, and cook-along and ideation sessions with a concentration on cooking techniques and regional flavors.
