Chefs, operators and other foodservice professionals can now access information about California dairy products thanks to the California Milk Advisory Board’s new website specifically designed for members of the foodservice industry.
This new online resource includes searchable signature foodservice recipes, updates on culinary competitions, interactive recipe books, videos of CMAB’s chef ambassadors sharing information and recipes, plus a foodservice catalog, cheesemaker list, and a list of distribution partners to help restaurants find producers and distributors of products including Hispanic-style cheeses.
