1½ T. Savannah Bee Company Hot Honey plus more for garnish
¼ c. mezcal
3 T. fresh lemon juice
Lemon slices and jalapeño slices for garnish
Stir together the hot honey, mezcal, and lemon juice in a glass or cocktail shaker until the honey dissolves. Pour into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with lemon slices and jalapeño slices, and drizzle with more honey, if desired.
