1½ c. Avocados From Mexico™, diced
2 T. onion(s), red, diced
2 T. pepper(s), habanero, minced
1 T. salt
¼ c. vinegar, white
1 lime(s), juiced
¼ c. grapefruit, juiced
½ c. orange(s), juiced
In a small mixing bowl, combine red onion, habanero, vinegar, and citrus juice. Add in diced avocados, then marinated overnight in the refrigerator. After marination, strain liquid, then mash avocados.
