Spirits of Mexico Festival Chicago-bound
New York and Chicago are the next stops on the 2013 national tour of the Spirits of Mexico Festival, the oldest, largest and most comprehensive celebration of agave-based spirits in North America. Guests will have the opportunity to sample signature styles of spirits produced in Mexico, attend seminars and sample traditional flavors of Mexican cuisine during the events.
The New York City event is scheduled for May 29 at Astor Center, 399 Lafayette Street; the Chicago event will take place June 26 at Zocalo Restaurant and Tequila Bar, 358 W. Ontario Street. The 2013 tour heads to San Diego September for a week-long celebration Sept. 15-21.
