At el Restaurante magazine, we are developing a new quarterly report that will help Mexican/Latin restaurant owners track prices of the products they need, such as produce, meat and tortillas. Some of the data will come from the USDA and other data sources, but the most important aspect will be information provided by our readers about what you are seeing locally.
Can you help us? We are trying to assemble a team that represents all parts of the country. The task will be easy: Each quarter we will email you a brief set of questions about the prices you are seeing for the most common products. That's it. We'll aggregate your information with that from other readers to create a detailed report about price trends.
What will you get out of it? All team members who complete the questions will get the report FIRST and with MORE DETAILED info. A summarized report will be published for all readers several days after the team gets their full report.
