The end of Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Salvadoreans, Nicaraguans, and Haitians has left many long-term U.S. residents – a substantial percentage of whom work in hospitality and other service industries - scrambling for ways to remain in the United States. This webinar, on February 9 at 11 a.m. Central Time, will discuss practical considerations around the end of TPS (including re-registration procedures, and what could happen when TPS ends) as well as potential legal remedies for those whose status is ending (including affirmative remedies such as adjustment of status through employment or family sponsorship, and defensive remedies for individuals in removal proceedings, and those with previous orders of removal).
This webinar will be led by Becki Young, an immigration attorney with Hammond Young Immigration Law, and Sandra Grossman, an immigration attorney with Grossman Law, both of whom frequently work with restaurant clients. The webinar will be in English, but the printed text on the presentation will be in Spanish and English.
If you employ anyone with TPS, this webinar is for you. Please join us! There is no charge. Click here to register.
