Americans have an “Insatiable Appetite for Mexican Food.” That’s the great culinary news coming from CHD Expert, a global foodservice marketing and research firm!
CHD counted more than 59,800 Mexican restaurants in 2017. As of 2020, that number had climbed to almost 65,000—approximately 73 percent of them in the “independent” category.
