Molino Masters from Tortilla Masters
Tortilla Masters, which has long offered a table-top corn tortilla maker for restaurants, has launched a new product to support in-restaurant corn tortilla production, the Molino Masters corn grinder.
Molino Masters, which is NSF and UL approved, can produce up to 140 pounds of masa per hour. Depending on the user's preference, it can be used with 7” x 3” grinding discs or volcanic stones.
