Fuzzy’s Taco Shop is promoting its new Primo Baja menu category by offering Fuzzy's OG Tacos for just $1 with the purchase of any Primo Baja item. The new menu includes the Baja Fish Taco - beer-battered and fried cod served on a soft corn tortilla. The fish taco is complemented by shredded cabbage, house-made cilantro-lime crema, and pickled red onions, also made in-house.
In addition to the new Baja Fish Taco, the Primo Baja menu includes the Quesabirria Tacos and Birria Bowl, making them permanent fixtures on the menu following their successful limited time feature last fall. The Margarita Shrimp Taco, a fan-favorite offered for a limited time in early 2023, also returns as a permanent item in the Primo Baja section. The California Heat Taco rounds out the category.
“With the launch of this Primo Baja category we are embracing our Baja roots and amplifying what makes us ‘Fuzzy’s’,” says Paul Damico, president of Fuzzy’s Taco Shop. “Our fish tacos have been a fan favorite since Fuzzy’s began, and with our chef-driven approach to new recipes, like the hand-battered Baja Fish Taco, and a renewed focus on Baja-style preparation, we look forward to continuing to offer a unique product in the Mexican fast-casual plus space.”
Now through Sunday, March 31st, guests can enjoy their favorite OG Tacos for just $1 with the purchase of any item from the new menu group. The $1 promotion includes all Fuzzy’s OG Tacos prepared with their scratch-made garlic sauce and feta cheese along with proteins like grilled shrimp, carnitas and shredded brisket.
“We know Fuzzy’s Taco Shop fans love our Baja-inspired food, so what better way to celebrate the launch of this new category with an added value to our guests,” says Damico. “This promotion will make it even more approachable for the entire family to dine with us and enjoy our laid-back vibes and scratch-made food at an even chiller price.”
