Calling all culinary campers! Registration is now open for The Culinary Institute of America’s popular Boot Camp Mexican Cuisine: Puebla & Oaxaca, which the CIA is bringing to its campus in Hyde Park, New York, for the first time this fall.
From October 30 – November 1, attendees will explore Mexican cuisine’s wide variety of regional dishes, cooking methods, and indigenous ingredients, while discovering the rich history, classic preparation techniques, and flavor profiles of authentic Mexican specialties.
The Boot Camp includes approximately 5 hours of hands-on learning each day, and the end of the class is reserved for final recipe review and the enjoyment of a delicious meal produced during your time in the kitchen.
