Kimchi Pork Carnitas Ramen from Nongshim USA
Booth sales for the Antojo Industry Expo are strong, according to event organizer Eric Jurado. The event, now in its second year, will be held October 13-14 in Long Beach, California.
Among recent additions to the exhibitor list is Badia Spices, a leading manufacturer of authentic Latin American and Caribbean spices, seasonings, and ingredients. Another interesting addition is Nongshim USA, an importer and distributor of Korean favorites like Shin Ramyun, Shin Cup Noodle, and Doenjang Guk. The company wants to promote the sizzling trend of Latin-spiced instant noodles like "Kimchi Pork Carnitas Ramen" to capture the growing Latino and Asian market's appetite for bold flavors.
