Chef Fionna Espana, the first Latina president of the American Culinary Federation (ACF) Chefs de Cuisine Association California Los Angeles, is set to captivate audiences with special cooking demonstrations on October 13 and 14 during the Antojo Industry Trade Expo at the Long Beach Convention Center.
As a member of the prestigious ACF, Chef Fionna brings a wealth of culinary expertise and passion to her role. She was awarded a Presidential Medallion during this year’s ACF National Convention, where the LA chapter was honored as the 2024 Western Region Chapter of the Year.
