When nachos are piled high, layer upon layer, the toppings aren’t distributed evenly — which means chips in the middle can end up topping-less, soggy from all of the liquid that drips down from the lettuce, tomatoes, guacamole and melted cheese on top, or an unappetizing combination of the two. That’s not a problem at Cantina la Martina in Philadelphia. As the restaurant’s Instagram post notes, “Every chip is covered in cheese, onion, tomato, jalapeño, beans, salsa roja, crema and cilantro with your option to add meat…Served on a 12" pizza pan so that every bite is filled with flavor.”
Now we think THAT’S a Buena Idea everyone should try!
