Makes 1 cocktail
.5 oz. - .75 oz rich honey syrup
.25 oz. grapefruit oleo saccharum (optional)
.5 oz. egg white
1 oz. grapefruit juice
2 oz. Chicago Cane Cooperative Silver rum
Dry Shake. Shake with ice, strain, serve up, and garnish with Dashfire Creole bitters.
