Makes 1 cocktail
4 oz. fresh mango cubes
½ oz. agave nectar
1 oz. prickly pear juice
¾ oz. fresh lime juice
2 oz. resposado tequila
For Garnish:
Chili-Lime seasoning for rim
Speared mango cubes
Lime wheels
Combine fresh mango cubes and agave nectar, and muddle. Add remaining ingredients in the mixing glass, add ice and shake. Strain over fresh ice.
