INGREDIENTS
Hot dogs (however many you want)
Para Fundir cheese from Hispanic Cheese Makers
Bacon (1 strip for each hot dog)
Hot dog buns
Crema Mexicana from Hispanic Cheese Makers
Chipotle sauce
Cotija cheese from Hispanic Cheese Makers
DIRECTIONS
Slice each hot dog lengthwise but not all the way through (to create space to stuff cheese). Fill each hot dog with Para Fundir cheese. Wrap each hot dog with a slice of bacon. Grill the hot dogs.
While hot dogs are grilling mix together the Crema Mexicana and the chipotle sauce.
Once the bacon is cooked and the cheese in the hot dogs has melted, remove them from the grill. Toast the hot dog buns. Place hot dogs in toasted buns and top with the Crema Mexicana/chipotle sauce mix to taste. Finish by sprinkling with Cotija cheese.
