Salsa is an essential part of Mexican cuisine, and the entries to the 2018 el Restaurante Sassiest Salsa Contest, sponsored by Mama Linda Tomatoes, prove that el Restaurante readers are true salsa masters!
"We had more high-quality entries this year than in any of the previous years of this contest," said el Restaurante Publisher Ed Avis. "It's fantastic to see how talented our readers are, and even though we only choose three winners, many more of this year's entries were remarkable."
