Owners of newly opened Mexican restaurants will be the focus of a special promotion in May sponsored by el Restaurante magazine. The promotion will be a mini-edition of el Restaurante containing special offers from vendors aimed at restaurants that are just launching. The mini-edition will be polybagged along with the regular May/June/July issue of el Restaurante.
"We expect to send the mini-edition to about 5,000 newly opened Mexican restaurants," says el Restaurante Publisher Ed Avis. "We're confident they'll enjoy learning about the special offers from our regular advertisers, and those advertisers will appreciate the exposure to a group of restaurants that are seeking new vendor relationships."
