Over 100 business owners, Chicago restaurateurs, government officials and other leaders attended a holiday cocktail party sponsored by the Trade Commission of Ecuador and ProEcuador at Latinicity in Chicago on Thursday, December 13. The event featured many culinary products from Ecuador, including fine wine, chocolate, plantain products, traditional cocktails, and full meal of expertly prepared typical Ecuadoran fare.
